Job summary

Equipe Container Services is seeking a collections specialist to manage US commercial collection accounts and follow up on payments. You will communicate with international clients via calls and emails, monitor AR aging, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure timely closure.

The role requires experience in US/International B2B collections, international client handling, and an ability to work the US night shift from Pune.

Qualifications

• Experience in US/International B2B collections (mandatory).
• Experience handling international clients in a collection context.
• Experience with international voice processes or contact center environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage US commercial collection accounts and payment follow-ups.
• Handle customer communication through calls and emails.

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (US Shift)
