• Conduct initial assessment and regular monitoring of admitted patients.
• Attend emergency calls and provide immediate medical management.
• Monitor vital signs and identify deterioration in patient condition.
• Inform the concerned consultant regarding critical/abnormal findings.
• Implement consultant orders and prescribed treatment plans.
• Review investigation reports and communicate significant findings.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and progress notes.
• Ensure proper shift handover and effective coordination with nursing staff.
• Follow hospital SOPs, NABH, infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, punctuality and discipline.
