• Monitor vitals, medication response, investigation reports, and clinical progress.
• Support emergency medicine activities and elevate critical changes promptly.
• Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, billing, and administration teams.
• Maintain prescriptions, progress notes, handover records, discharge summaries, and patient documentation.
• Support medication administration coordination and patient care follow-up under guidance.
• Communicate with patients and attendants professionally under hospital policy.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital clinical protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical clinical conduct.
• Ensure safe, timely, and organized clinical support.
