Job summary

Tata Projects is looking for a Civil Engineer to design and develop civil projects, including high-rise buildings and villas, with a focus on finishing works. You will conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

The role includes overseeing civil and structural works per drawings, executing finishing tasks (masonry, tiling, painting, door frames, cladding) and coordinating

Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering projects, including high rise buildings, villas, and finishing works.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during construction activities.
• Provide technical support for structural engineering aspects of building design.
• Oversee the execution of civil/structural works as per project drawings,ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
• Responsible for execution of all Finishing works including Masonry, Tiling (Flooring and Dado).
• Painting, Door frames, and shutter fixing ,stone cladding (Dry and Wet), False Ceiling.
• Structural steel (Fabrication and Erection) works ,waterproofing, toilet works including plumbing ,and its fittings-fixtures, etc. including knowledge of interior finishing materials and its quality parameters.
