Job summary

Roles & Responsibilities

• A) Detail Engineering:

• Should be aware of IS codes & regulatory norms from industrial construction point of view.
• Providing cost inputs during preparing capex.
• Preparing BOQ of civil works along with other tender documents.
• Preparing MTO of FIM of civil & structure.
• Reviewing civil & structure drawings.
• Coordinating with consultant for resolving design related queries.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders for BOQ/BOM and site related points.
• Cost analysis of various types of structures.

• B) Execution related:

• Supervision of construction activities on site.
• Permit compliance.
• Coordination with all stakeholders for smooth execution of project work.
• Ensure QAP compliance of all contractors working at site.
• Review all construction drawings & structure drawings and highlight gaps if any.
• Resolve contractor drawing related queries with execution team.
• Review and monitor project execution with all contractors on a daily basis.
• Ensure Safety compliance and safe execution of Project.
• Make contingency plan to mitigate execution delay if any.

Bill certification of all project contractors. Raising PR through Ivalua/SAP for smooth inventory of material and execution of services. Ensure proper Bill of material and procurement action against BOM.
