The role includes daily revenue reporting, tariff management for OP/IP and canteen services, and ensuring timely claim submissions and follow-ups with insurers. Prior experience in hospital billing and insurance processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• OP Billing & IP Billing.
• Outpatient Billing /Inpatient Final Bill Generation / Settlement.
• Payment Tracking IP out Standing and Collecting Inpatients Deposits.
• Daily Collection Report & Statement for OP, IP, Pharmacy, Canteen.
• Outpatient, Inpatient, Canteen Billing Service wise Tariff.
• Charges posting at regular basis (Dr Fees & Regular Services).
• Doctors Surgery Fees Posting & OT Related Service Billing.
• Daily Out Standing follow-up and Verification of Refunds & Concessions.
• Doctors Incentive Statement.
• Respond to Insurance process Queries.
• Deal with Patient Complaints related to insurance process.
• Supervise the work done by the insurance desk team.
• Follow up the pending insurance approvals.
• To Support the entire Billing Processes for the credit pay for IP.
• Preparation and Maintenance of claim updates and Month end review files.
• Monitoring the work progress closely in order to solve the pending issues.
• Daily hand over of insurance claim documents Claim team for claim submission.
• Handling all queries, related to insurance/cashless process.
• Counselling the patients before/after admission.
• To monitor the entire insurance desk activities.
• Follow-up with concerned team for getting the related documents to get the approval.
• Attending and replying for the audit related queries.
• Attending and replying for the TPA/insurance related Queries.
• Controlling/reducing the disallowance Percentage.
