Job summary

Sribalajihospital in Guindy, Chennai seeks an experienced Billing & Insurance Incharge with 10 years of hospital billing expertise. The role requires a B.Com or any degree and a male candidate who can join immediately.

Job Description

• Coordinate with the Billing team to collect the cash from the Reception and Pharmacy end of the day (Morning & Night)
• Maintain collection statement report and submit to Finance department regularly
• Manitaining of IP,OP,Pharmacy, Canteen, Cafeteria Registers
• To update and submit the IP,OP service wise stament to the Accounts
• To monitor executives that visit patients regularly and updating IP Bills
• Collecting Advance from IP Patients
• Coordinating with the Final Bill closing and provide the Bills to the patients (Cash/Card)
• Coordinating with the team and perform getting claim documents and send it to the Insurance company
• Updating petty cash and doctors cash in the Tally
• Submitting Monthly Reports to Finance and Head-HR & Operations
• To preparing monthly OP Claim Documents – Dialysis, Ashok Leyland, Park Hyatt, baettr india
• Maintaining Implant registers and submitting bills to Finanace and Head-HR & Operations
• Maintaining petty cash and main cash file for internal Auditing
• Responsible for all Billing activities and cooridinate with other satff
