Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Branch Manager - Branch Banking in Mumbai Suburban to lead daily branch operations, optimize resources, and ensure superior customer satisfaction.

You will oversee sales teams to meet targets, enhance revenue, manage regulatory compliance, and build trusted relationships by offering personalized financial solutions. MBA/CA/CAIIB candidates with 7–12 years BFSI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA or CA/CAIIB with sales orientation and BFSI background.
• 7–12 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive business targets and strategy.
