• Prepare and submit insurance claims with complete supporting documents.
• Follow up on pending claims, queries, deductions, and claim settlements.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, medical records, and other departments for documentation.
• Ensure accurate billing, proper tariff application, and compliance with hospital procedures.
• Maintain insurance registers, billing records, and daily reports.
• Handle patient and attendant queries related to billing and insurance procedures
