• Ability to coordinate with branches and senior executives effectively.

• Maintain and update banking statements and reports using MS Excel.
• Handle customer and branch queries through calls and provide timely assistance.
• Process and coordinate cheque clearances, NEFT, RTGS, and cash deposit transactions.
• Assist senior executives with daily banking operations and administrative tasks.
• Verify Excel files received from branches against NACH forms to ensure accuracy.
• Scan, organize, and maintain NACH forms and related banking documents.
• Enter and update MIS withdrawal transactions accurately in the system.
• Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and timely completion of banking processes.
