Job summary

Ess Kay Fabrication in Gurgaon seeks a Banking Executive to manage daily banking operations, fund management, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. The role requires 2–3 years in banking operations, a Commerce degree (MBA Finance is a plus), and strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and MIS reporting.

ERP proficiency is essential to maintain vendor and lender records.

Qualifications

• B.Com degree is required; MBA Finance is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in banking operations within F&A.
• Proficient in banking transactions, fund management, and loan documentation.
• ERP experience is required.
• MS Excel proficiency for MIS reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day banking operations and financial payment processing.
• Process payments and share UTR details with concerned departments and vendors.
• Prepare and share daily bank statements and fund position reports.
• Maintain daily fund flow and fund management sheets.
• Coordinate loan rollover documentation and prepare interest calculation sheets.
• Maintain loan records, debt profiles, and related banking documentation.
• Prepare and manage UFCE and other bank-related documents.
• Maintain and update vendors' bank master data.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and post bank entries in ERP.
• Track PDCs issued and ensure proper deposit and safekeeping of PDCs received from customers.
• Monitor and prevent duplicate payments.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all banking transactions.

Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day banking operations, financial transactions, fund management, bank reconciliations, and banking documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely execution of all banking activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in banking operations within the Finance & Accounts department.
• Good knowledge of banking transactions, fund management, bank reconciliation, and loan documentation.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF formulas, data validation, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to prepare banking reports, fund flow statements, and financial data analysis using Excel.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.
