Talent Works Thane seeks an Associate Manager Acquisition (CASA) to grow Current and Savings Accounts in Mumbai. You will source, onboard, and engage business entities, traders, professionals, and high-value individuals to expand CASA and deposits.

The role demands strong sales drive, negotiation, and fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi helps. You will conduct market visits, ensure RBI/KYC/AML compliance, and manage client relationships for activation and retention.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
• Experience: 24 years of experience in CASA acquisition, retail banking sales, or financial product sourcing.
• Location knowledge: Knowledge of Mumbai's commercial hubs and markets.

Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify potential business accounts, SMEs, corporate entities, and individual clients in Mumbai to open Current Accounts and Savings Accounts.
• Portfolio Expansion: Drive balance buildup and deposit growth across assigned portfolios to maximize value for the branch.
• Product Cross-Selling: Introduce and cross-sell banking solutions including POS machines, Payment Gateways, Corporate Internet Banking, Trade Finance, and Wealth products.
• Lead Generation & Fieldwork: Conduct market visits, connect with local trade associations, and leverage network channels to acquire new-to-bank accounts.
• Compliance & KYC: Ensure complete documentation and RBI, KYC, AML compliance during onboarding.
• Client Relationship Management: Provide end-to-end support during account activation and maintain regular contact to increase client retention.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Associate Manager Acquisition (CASA) to join our retail banking division in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) by sourcing, onboarding, and engaging business entities, traders, professionals, and high-value individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify potential business accounts, SMEs, corporate entities, and individual clients in Mumbai to open Current Accounts and Savings Accounts.
• Portfolio Expansion: Drive balance buildup and deposit growth across assigned portfolios to maximize value for the branch.
• Product Cross-Selling: Introduce and cross-sell complementary banking solutions, including POS machines, Payment Gateways, Corporate Internet Banking, Trade Finance, and Wealth products.
• Lead Generation & Fieldwork: Conduct market visits, connect with local trade associations, and leverage network channels to acquire new-to-bank (NTB) accounts.

• Client Relationship Management: Provide end-to-end support during account activation and maintain regular contact to deliver high-quality service and increase client retention.
