Job summary

Guidehouse India is hosting a mega walk-in drive for Associate AR - RCM in Chennai. Eligible candidates with US Healthcare AR calling and denial management experience are invited for the 28th October 2026 drive, with reporting between 9 AM and 11 AM at the walk-in location.

Compensation ranges from 3.6 LPA to 4.2 LPA yearly, plus Night Shift Allowance up to 66,000 and a two-way cab facility for eligible night-shift employees. Diploma is not accepted; graduation is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of US Healthcare AR experience.

• Solid analytical skills for healthcare claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to obtain status of claims in queue.

• Two-Way Cab Facility: Provided for employees working in night shifts, subject to the employee residing within the approved transportation radius.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Initiate calls requesting status of claims in queue.
• Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments
• Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely follow up where required.
• Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes
• To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
• To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making required corrections to claims.
• Shall understand and abide by the organizations information security policy and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information assets.
• Shall report incidents related to security of information to concerned authorities.

What You Will Need:

• Must be a graduate
• Good voice and demonstrate professional demeanour via phone.
• Must have 1 + yrs of experience in US Healthcare stream in AR
• Good organizational skills demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent analytical skills with understanding of health care claims processing.
• Immediate Joiner to 30 days notice.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience in MS Office Suite

NOTE

• Employees must opt for cab mandatorily, we expect candidates to be within 25 kms radius from the office location. Cab facility will be extended subject to feasibility.
• Degree is mandatory- Diploma can't be considered. Proof of documents for recent employment is mandatory.
• Candidates who have previously attended the interview but were not selected may reapply only after completing the 6-month period.
