Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with a focus on AR Calling.
• Experience handling Federal & Commercial insurance payers in a provider setup.
• Strong experience in AR Follow-up and Denials Management.
• Good knowledge of billing scrubbers, clearinghouses, and payer rejections.
• Understanding of major AR scenarios across multiple payers.
• Experience working on high-aging and high-dollar claims.
• Ability to analyze claims, identify trends/root causes, and reduce denials and rework.
• Strong communication, analytical and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned Denied and AR follow-up claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet defined productivity and quality targets.
• Follow SOPs and internal processes/tools for effective claim resolution.
• Prioritize claims based on aging, dollar value and payer.
• Perform claim analysis and identify bulk issues, trends and root causes.
• Work closely with the Team Manager and other stakeholders to resolve claims effectively.
