Job summary

Aatral Hr Consulting is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive AR for multiple locations, including Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy, and Hyderabad. Night shift is mandatory, and candidates should be ready for immediate notice or up to 15 days.

The role requires strong experience in AR calling for US healthcare, denial management, and physician/hospital billing. EPIC software familiarity is preferred, with performance incentives and cab facilities within a 25 km radius.

Qualifications

• Experience in US Healthcare AR calling and denial management.
• Hands-on with physician billing (CMS 1500) or hospital billing (UB04).
• Exposure to EPIC software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR calling and collections for US healthcare clients.
• Perform denial management and AR follow-up to improve cash flow.
• Collaborate with billing teams to ensure accurate CMS 1500 or UB04 submissions.
