Job summary

ASP-RCM Solutions is hiring for an AR Caller - Denial Management & Prior Authorization in Chennai. The role requires 1 to 5 years of experience in AR calling and US healthcare RCM, with night shifts from 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM.

Graduate in any discipline is acceptable. You will contact insurance companies, follow up on denials, analyze root causes, and ensure maximum reimbursement while maintaining patient confidentiality. On-site position at Kosmo One, Ambattur, Chennai.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 5 years experience in AR calling / US healthcare RCM.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to check the status of outstanding medical claims.
• Follow up on denied, rejected, or underpaid claims and take appropriate action.
• Analyse claim denials and identify the root cause.
• Ensure maximum reimbursement by resolving billing and payment discrepancies.
• Document all interactions and updates accurately in the billing system.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information.
