Job summary

MBA or healthcare quality degree is preferred, with strong analytical and leadership skills to drive patient safety and continuous improvement across a 200+ bed hospital.

Responsibilities

JOB ROLE:- HOSPITAL QUALITY MANAGER

QUALIFICATION:-MBA Degree in healthcare management, quality management, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications can be an advantage.

EXPERIEINCE:-Minimum 5 yrs of Experience in healthcare quality management, with a background in working in 200+ bedded Hospital with accreditation standards.

NABH 6TH EDITION EXPERIENCE MANDATORY WITH ONE AUDIT HANDLING EXPERINCE.

SKILLS:- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial. Being detail-oriented and having the ability to lead and motivate a team is also important.

Job Description:

1. Understanding NABH & NABL Standards.

2. Develop, implement, and maintain the hospital's QMS according to NABH & NABL guidelines.

3. Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with NABH & NABL standards.

4. Monitor and analyse data related to patient care, safety incidents, and other quality indicators

5. Train hospital staff on quality management practices and NABH & NABL standards.

6. Implement and monitor protocols to ensure patient safety and high-quality care

7. Identify areas for improvement in hospital processes and procedures.

8. Stay informed about relevant healthcare regulations and standards beyond NABH &NABL.
