Job summary

Rangadore Memorial Hospital in Bengaluru is seeking an Assistant Manager Quality to strengthen quality management, accreditation readiness, and patient safety initiatives across the hospital.

You will coordinate NABH compliance, conduct internal audits and mock drills, develop policies and SOPs, monitor quality indicators, manage documentation, and guide a team of Quality Executives and staff.

Qualifications

• NABH accreditation knowledge and readiness planning.
• Experience in internal audits and CAPA.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure NABH and other accreditation standards compliance.
• Conduct internal audits, assessments, mock drills, and readiness checks.
• Develop, review, and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and quality systems.
• Monitor Quality Indicators (QIs) and prepare quality reports.
• Manage documentation related to accreditation, audits, incidents, and compliance.
• Monitor and follow up on CAPA and quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyse quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Supervise and guide Quality Executives and junior team members.
• Conduct and coordinate training on quality systems, hospital policies, emergency codes, and patient safety.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
