Job summary

Tutune System is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces, from concept to completion.

The role involves preparing designs, 3D visualizations, working drawings, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 2–5 years of experience in architectural design, residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and design standards.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs based on client requirements and site conditions.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design tools.
• Create working drawings, construction drawings, and interior design drawings for project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, project coordinators, and site teams to ensure progress.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets and provide suitable design solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, construction standards, and safety codes.
• Conduct site visits and project reviews to ensure design implementation aligns with the approved plans.
• Assist in material selection, design modifications, and technical support during construction.
• Prepare design presentations and proposals for client discussions and approvals.
• Support the team in project planning, timelines, and coordination with contractors.
