Job summary

B J Mehta Architectural Structural Private Limited invites an experienced architect to lead design development from concept through schematic and detailed working drawings for diverse projects.

You will coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants, ensure compliance with building regulations, attend site visits, review submissions, and prepare presentations and client submissions. This role includes advising authorities to obtain approvals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, faade details, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for project integration.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations, DCR, NBC, and statutory requirements.
• Attend site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material specifications.
• Prepare design presentations, reports, and client submissions.
• Assist in obtaining approvals from local authorities and relevant government agencies.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution
