Job summary

Prime Infra in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks an Architect to translate client requirements into site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and building layouts, using CAD/BIM and other design tools.

You will create 3D models and renderings, study site conditions, ensure compliance with codes, coordinate with engineers and contractors, prepare working drawings and specifications, and supervise construction to align with design intent.

• Produce detailed architectural drawings using CAD/BIM and other design software.
• Create 3D models, renderings and presentations to communicate design ideas.
• Study the site, climate, surroundings, access, orientation and other design considerations.
• Consider building codes, zoning, safety standards and accessibility requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP engineers, contractors and clients.
• Prepare specifications, working drawings, schedules and other construction documents.
• Visit construction sites to monitor compliance with drawings and design intent.
• Understand client requirements, present design proposals and incorporate feedback.

• Technical drawings: Produce detailed architectural drawings using CAD/BIM and other design software.


• 3D visualization: Create 3D models, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas.


• Site analysis: Study the site, climate, surroundings, access, orientation, and other design considerations.


• Building regulations: Consider applicable building codes, zoning requirements, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.


• Coordination: Work with structural engineers, civil engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients.


• Project documentation: Prepare specifications, working drawings, schedules, and other construction documents.


• Site supervision: Visit construction sites to monitor whether work generally follows the approved drawings and design intent.


• Client communication: Understand client requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate appropriate feedback.
