AGS Health in Chennai invites applications for Process Associate/Sr Process Associate in the DME domain. The role centers on AR calling to US insurers, with emphasis on denial management and cash collection through careful AR analysis.

• Responsible for calling US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.

International Voice Process - AR Calling

Qualification: Any Intermediate

Rounds of interviews:

• HR screening
• Online Assessment Test
• Operational/Technical Round

Shift Timing: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM

Transport: Two-way transport available based on boundary limits.
