Job summary

Adecco India is hiring an AR Caller (Experienced) to be based at Kosmo One, Ambattur. The role requires 1+ year of AR calling experience, night shifts, and a monthly salary up to INR 35,000. Weekends off (Sat & Sun) and two-way transportation within serviceable boundaries are provided.

The AR Caller will address outstanding AR via calls, use available tools to resolve, report denial trends, and ensure SLAs for production and quality are met.

Responsibilities

• Address outstanding AR via phone calls and analysis using available resources.
• Utilize tools and applications to advance account resolution and payment submission.
• Report trends in denials, submission errors, credentialing issues, and roadblocks to the manager.
• Meet established SLAs for production and quality.
• Update call outcomes and analysis in the billing system.
• Stay updated with changes to P&Ps and improve performance from feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• To address outstanding or assigned AR through phone call and analysis using available resources.
• Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
• To report trends / patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.
• To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality.
• To update the outcome of the calls or analysis in a clear and coherent manner in the billing system.
• To utilize the and stay updated with changes done with the P & Ps
• To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager / quality audit team.
