Job summary

Adecco India is hiring an AR Caller for US voice processes in Ambattur, Chennai. The role requires 10 months+ AR calling experience and a solid understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, including Medicare/Medicaid and commercial claims. Night shifts are required, with two-way cab facilities provided.

Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and healthcare billing software will help you handle denial management, appeals and claim follow-up effectively.
