Job summary

Novigo Integrated Services Pvt Ltd in Chennai is hiring for an AR Caller (Voice Process - Night Shift). The role focuses on workers' compensation AR follow-up, aging, denials and appeals, with exposure to CMS-1500, CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding.

Candidate should have 1 year of AR experience, strong communication skills in English, and be able to work from office. Immediate joining is preferred; walk-ins welcome at the Chennai Ekattuthangal location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year AR experience, preferably WC/insurance.
• Experience verifying WC coverage and claim information.
• Knowledge of CMS-1500, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM and modifiers.
• Ability to identify denial reasons, rebill and appeal.
• Proficient in Excel with basic formulas; Pivot/VLOOKUP preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with payers via phone, payer portals, fax, email and written correspondence.
• Review EOB/ERA, underpayments, adjustments and outstanding balances.
• Maintain detailed call notes and follow-up documentation.
• Utilize EMR/PM systems, clearinghouses and payer portals for workflow.
• Work from office only; direct walk-ins; local Chennai operations.

Documentation

Detailed call notes and follow-up documentation
