Vistra is hiring an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Management Accounts in Mumbai for a full-time role reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. The position covers regional responsibilities and growth of the Management Accounts function.

You will work in a hybrid setup with CA qualifications (post-qualification 1–5 years or CA fresher with 3 years articles) and IFRS knowledge, handling team guidance, adherence to SLAs, and cross-functional tax topics.

Qualificações

• CA qualification with 1–5 years post-qualification experience.
• CA fresher with 3 years articleship experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
• KPO/BPO exposure preferred.
• Understanding of Management Accounts and financial processes.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time per SLA.
• Manage assigned client portfolio and support teams toward goals.
• Provide volume metrics, staff utilization and forecast changes to senior management.
• Consult with Manager on sensitive issues.
• Act as SME and develop knowledge on VAT, Payroll tax, Corp. Tax.
• Identify key roles and plan succession within the team.
• Attend and complete trainings relevant to competence development.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Management Accounts. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Management Accounts and its growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring all deliverable are accurately completed on time as per the agreed SLA with client
• Manage assigned client portfolio, actively motivate, counsel and support teams for goal congruence.
• Provide volume related matrix, alongside staff utilization and forecasted changes to the senior management to ensure correct resourcing level are in place.
• Seek guidance from Manager in case of sensitive issues (out of control of self-influence)
• Work as Subject Matter Expert and develop knowledge on cross functional subject (VAT, Payroll tax, Corp. Tax)
• Identify key roles within the team and develop succession plan for team members to be able to fill these roles.
• Attend and complete trainings relevant to competence development.

Key requirements:

• Strong team-player with experience in working in a dynamic organization.
• Solution oriented with strong Analytical skills, strong Communication, Presentation skills & Customer Focus.
• Ability to manage change sensitively and in a collaborative manner
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & IFRS
• Candidates with KPO/BPO background would be preferred.
• CA with post qualification experience ranging from 1-5 years or
• CA fresher (with 3 years articleship experience)
• Knowledge of IFRS would be added advantage.
