Job summary

Vistra is seeking a Senior Associate Management Accounts to join our Mumbai team. The role reports to the Service Delivery Manager and is full-time and permanent, based in Mumbai with regional coverage to grow Management Accounts.

Key requirements include CA Intermediate clearance (both groups) with 3–6 years' experience, IFRS knowledge a plus, and strong English communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement and career prospects are provided.

Qualifications

• CA Intermediate cleared (both groups) with 3–6 years of experience.
• Semi-qualified CA with exposure to Management Accounts.
• Familiarity with IFRS considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple finance and accounting processes end-to-end.
• Manage general ledger, sub-ledger, A/R and A/P workflows.
• Support statutory accounting, audits and annual financial statements.
• Prepare trackers, issue logs and MIS for leadership.
• Ensure delivery SLAs are met and escalate issues promptly.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate Management Accounts. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Management Accounts and its growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery of multiple finance and accounting processes. Processes may include, but not limited to
• Payments and Disbursements o General ledger and sub-ledger accounting
• A/R and A/P management o Annual Financial Statement
• Monthly , Quarterly ,Annual accounting and clients reporting o Support for statutory accounting and audit
• Support in preparation of trackers, issue logs and MIS
• Timely escalation of issues to leader / Senior
• Adhere to delivery service request with 100% of client SLA as agreed upon.

Key requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong Communication, Good Presentation skills & Customer Focus.
• Ability to understand and interpret legal/regulatory concepts
• Self-driven and highly motivated individual, able to work independently
• Solution oriented with strong analytical skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Candidates with KPO/BPO background would be preferred
• Semi qualified Chartered Accountant with experience ranging from 3 -6 years of clearing CA Intermediate both groups.
• Knowledge of IFRS would be added advantage.
