Job summary

Vistra is hiring a Senior Associate Management Accounts in Mumbai. The role reports to the Service Delivery Manager and is full-time with hybrid work arrangements, focusing on management accounts and growth across the region.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in core accounting, IFRS knowledge, and strong communication skills to support clients and internal teams. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of multiple finance and accounting processes.
• Payments and Disbursements; General ledger and sub-ledger accounting.
• A/R and A/P management; Annual Financial Statement.
• Monthly, Quarterly, Annual accounting and client reporting; Support for statutory accounting and audit.
• Support in preparation of trackers, issue logs and MIS.
• Timely escalation of issues to leader / Senior.
• Adhere to delivery service requests with 100% client SLA.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate Management Accounts. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Management Accounts and its growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery of multiple finance and accounting processes. Processes may include, but not limited to
• Payments and Disbursements o General ledger and sub-ledger accounting
• A/R and A/P management o Annual Financial Statement
• Monthly, Quarterly, Annual accounting and clients reporting o Support for statutory accounting and audit
• Support in preparation of trackers, issue logs and MIS
• Timely escalation of issues to leader / Senior
• Adhere to delivery service request with 100% of client SLA as agreed upon.

Key requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong Communication, Good Presentation skills & Customer Focus.

• Solution oriented with strong analytical skills
• Candidates with KPO/BPO background would be preferred

• 3+ years of experience required in core accounting.
