• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office; CRM experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, follow up with prospective students, and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Understand students' academic interests and recommend suitable programs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Manage student inquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM or admission tracking system.
• Achieve assigned counselling, follow-up, and admission conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth student admission experience.
• Provide timely and accurate information to students and parents.
