Job summary

EIE Renewables Private Limited is seeking an Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, vendor payments, GST/TDS compliance and monthly MIS in a fast‑paced environment in New Delhi.

The role requires 3–10 years of relevant experience, B.Com or M.Com, and hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel. On-site role at Sector 11, Rohini, New Delhi, with exposure to project accounting in construction/engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 3-10 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation and taxation-related processes.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers and supporting documents.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Verify vendor invoices, bills, expense claims and supporting documents.
• Support GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliance activities.
• Assist in project-related accounting, billing and expense tracking.
• Prepare monthly MIS, ageing reports, outstanding statements and expense reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Stores and other departments for required financial documents.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, bills and accounting records.
• Assist in month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements.
• Identify discrepancies in accounts and ensure timely resolution.

About the Role
