Job summary

Grace Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced finance professional to handle day-to-day accounting activities across sales, purchases, receipts and payments in Ahmedabad. You will maintain ledgers, perform reconciliations, support GST/TDS compliance and assist monthly closings.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with Tally Prime/ERP. You’ll work with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely financial records and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Engineering, BESS or Lithium-Ion Battery industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipt, payment, journal and expense entries.
• Maintain and verify ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and monitor outstanding balances.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and coordinate with external consultants.
• Verify vendor invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes and supporting documents.
• Prepare MIS reports, outstanding statements and ageing reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Projects, Stores and other departments for accounting-related requirements.
• Support monthly closing, audit requirements and preparation of financial records.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing and maintenance of accounting records.
• Identify discrepancies in accounting entries and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
• Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter / Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance or a related field.
