Summary

Provide the highest level of personalized service to guests, handle complaints, ensure follow‑up, maintain handover for next shift, and support hotel activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring guests receive courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned and monitor operating supplies to reduce spoilage and wastage.
• Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Provide comprehensive knowledge of all Food & Beverage services and products; recommend combinations, upsell, and cross‑sell.
• Maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene and build strong rapport with colleagues and other departments.
• Provide full support to Supervisors and team and perform any reasonable duties assigned.
