The candidate will act as final escalation for critical incidents, perform advanced packet forensics, and audit compliance across global networks. Strong communication and incident leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated professional experience in enterprise network security operations (L3/Senior level).
• Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting next-generation Palo Alto firewalls (PAN-OS) and Fortinet FortiGate appliances.
• Professional security certifications such as PCNSE, Fortinet NSE 4-7, CISSP, CEH, or Cisco CCNP Security.
• Familiarity with network protocol analyzers (Wireshark) and security information management software (SIEM/Splunk).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience handling executive escalation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall security policies, NAT rules, and IPsec VPN tunnels.
• Perform tier-3 troubleshooting of complex network security outages, firewall routing loops, and policy misconfigurations.
• Analyze SIEM logs and alerts to identify active intrusion attempts, malicious payloads, and system vulnerabilities.
• Lead security incident response efforts, conducting advanced packet captures, malware analysis, and immediate network segmentation.
• Execute routine vulnerability assessments, firewall rule cleaning, and network architecture audits in compliance with Zero-Trust Security.
• Provide technical security guidance during new hybrid cloud integrations and perimeter device upgrades.
