Job summary

Global Hr Services is recruiting a sales professional for an AMC-based role in Mumbai, Goregaon, focusing on VRM - MFD Channel - B2B. The position is to build and manage relationships with mutual fund distributors and drive sales through the mapped network.

You will coordinate end-to-end sales processes, meet revenue targets, and share market updates with distributors. Strong communication and portal/app navigation support are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience in financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds (schemes, investment mediums, taxation, channels) preferred.
• Effective communication skills for audio presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with Mutual Fund Distributors via virtual medium.
• Manage end-to-end sales journey for mapped relationships.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets across products and categories.
• Share product updates and market insights with distributors.
• Help distributors navigate the company portal and app.
• Assist distributors in planning allocations and client pitches.
• Be the primary contact for distributors' service queries.
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Communicate with distributors via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Invite distributors to webinars and events hosted by the company.

Objective

• To manage set of Mutual Fund Distributors / Increasing Sales Volumes /

Solving Service Queries / building digital penetration

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and strengthening relationship with Mutual Fund Distributors

via virtual medium

• Managing the end-to-end sales journey of the mapped relationship
• Achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product and category

mix

• Ensure engagement with all the mapped relationship in a structured and

timely manner

• Share product updates, market knowledge and recommendations with the

mapped relationships

• Helping distributors navigate through companys web portal and app
• Helping distributors plan the allocation and pitch for their clients
• Being distributors’ one point of contact for all service queries
• Ensuring that distributors’ service requests are resolved in a timely

manner

• Ensuring end-to-east communication to the distributors via e-mail,

whatsapp and other relevant mediums

• Inviting distributors for all the relevant webinars and events hosted by the

company

Knowledge and experience

• 1-3 Year experience of Sales in the financial services sector
• Candidates with in-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds (schemes,

investment mediums, taxation, market, channels of distribution) will be

given preference

• Effective communication skills while presenting over an audio-only

medium
