Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in mutual fund sales is required.
• NISM VA Certification is mandatory for this role.

Job description

Objective of the role:

• Responsible for relationship management and handling MF sales through Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs).
• Ensuring IFA activation and focus on MF products to increase market share of DSP.
• Conduct regular meetings with MFDs and their clients and keep them updated on our products and services, mainly through online meeting platforms, phone calls, email, WhatsApp, etc.
• Build AUM and market share by ensuring better brand recall and mindshare for DSPAM.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities for improvisation.
• Train IFAs and build their knowledge levels through training/workshops on DSP products and services.
• Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory matters including EUIN and ARN within timelines.

Skills needed:

• NISM VA Certified.
• Knowledge of equity and fixed income.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence and convince stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT).

Experience:

• We are looking for a candidate with 2 years of experience in mutual fund sales.

Qualification required:

• Any post-graduate degree. Candidates with specialization in finance will be preferred.
