EXTINCT FIRE Engineers in Mumbai seeks an AVP/VP to lead Business Development, Project Management and Organisational Operations. You will drive growth, strengthen execution, implement MIS, dashboards and management systems, and mentor second line leadership while ensuring profitability on large-scale mechanical contracting projects.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in mechanical EPC, NFPA/NBC standards, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with mechanical discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience handling multiple projects.
• Experience in Mechanical Contracting/Engineering/EPC.
• Familiarity with NFPA, NBC and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and manage key accounts.
• Oversee major projects for cost, time, quality, billing and profitability.
• Build process-driven systems and dashboards; implement MIS.
• Mentor second-line leadership and align BD, Projects, Procurement, Finance and Operations.
• Audit sites and provide weekly reports to management.

ROLE:- AVP/VP

• Lead Business Development, Project Management & Organisational Operations
• Drive business growth while strengthening execution, systems and profitability
• Work closely with the senior management team on strategic decisions
• Candidate Profile
• Engineering Graduate, preferably Mechanical
• Age: 4050 years
• Experience in a Mechanical Contracting / Engineering / EPC company
• Should have worked in an organisation with 100 Crores+ turnover
• Strong experience in Business Development and Project Management
• Sound understanding of Fire Protection Industry, NFPA, NBC and relevant standards & norms
• Proven experience in handling complex projects, execution challenges and client issues
• Ability to develop and implement processes, SOPs, MIS and management systems
• Strong people-management and organisational leadership skills
• Should be tech-savvy, extroverted, commercially oriented and well-networked
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
• Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth, key accounts and strategic relationships
• Oversee major projects for cost, time, quality, billing and profitability
• Identify and resolve execution and organisational challenges
• Build process-driven systems and accountability
• Develop and mentor the second line of leadership
• Improve coordination between Business Development, Projects, Procurement, Finance and Operations
• Introduce technology, dashboards and data-driven management
• Take ownership of overall organisational performance and growth
• Review and Audit pf all sites and weekly reporting to management as a part of his JD.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• BE mechanical or B-tech
