Job summary

Zenith HR Solutions, on behalf of our client in the alternative investments space, seeks a VP/Principal to lead investment origination, credit evaluation, transaction structuring and execution, and portfolio management in Chennai, India.

You will build and manage relationships with promoters, corporates, NBFCs and banks, identifying investment opportunities and supporting fund deployment and fundraising activities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably with a private credit fund or NBFC in structured finance.
• MBA / CA / CFA qualification, preferably with an Engineering degree.
• Strong expertise in credit underwriting, financial modelling, risk assessment and investment evaluation.
• Experience in private credit, structured debt, special situations and end-to-end transaction execution.
• Ability to structure debt solutions, negotiate commercial terms and manage portfolio risks.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building and leadership skills.
