Job summary

• Experience in private credit, credit funds, banking, investment banking, financial institutions, or equity research.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial analysis, valuation, and credit assessment.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
• Demonstrated transaction execution experience across the deal lifecycle.
• Experience in Special Situations investing is mandatory for senior mandates.
• Tier 1 MBA / CA preferred; CFA would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced investment environment.

One of our clients, a leading alternative investment platform, is looking to hire investment professionals across multiple levels within its Private Credit team to evaluate, originate, and execute performing and special situations credit opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate private credit investment opportunities across sectors and companies
• Conduct financial analysis, financial modelling, and industry research to develop investment theses
• Prepare investment memorandums, management meeting notes, and deal‑related materials
• Support due diligence, transaction execution, and documentation processes
• Monitor portfolio company financial and operational performance
• Coordinate with investee companies for MIS, reporting, and ongoing portfolio tracking
• Assist the investment team across origination, underwriting, structuring, execution, and monitoring activities
• Independently manage transactions and portfolio responsibilities (senior levels)
• Support fundraise initiatives and contribute to the broader strategy and development of the Private Credit platform
