Job summary

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Define and execute the long-term product vision aligned with company goals. Build and manage the product roadmap across multiple product lines. Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging industry trends. Drive product innovation in AI, analytics, automation, and customer experience solutions.
• Product Management and Execution Lead, end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch. Prioritise product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Customer and Market Focus: Engage with enterprise customers to gather product feedback and understand evolving business needs. Conduct competitive analysis and market research. Translate customer requirements into scalable product solutions. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams during client discussions and product demos.
• Leadership and Team Management: Build, mentor, and scale the product management team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision making. Define product processes, frameworks, and best practices. Work with leadership stakeholders to align product priorities with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. MBA preferred. 10+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS product management. Experience working with AI/ML-driven products or analytics platforms. Proven track record of scaling products from concept to market success. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in customer experience (CX), survey platforms, or analytics products. Understanding of Generative AI and conversational AI applications. Exposure to enterprise product integrations and APIs. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Experience with product tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, GA, or similar platforms. .
