As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for product. You will work closely with customers, AI engineers, software developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to continuously improve the product and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving customer problems, has strong product thinking, understands AI-powered software products, and can translate business needs into impactful product features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for product.
• Identify customer pain points and translate them into valuable product solutions.
• Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technicalfeasibility.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuousimprovement.
• Define success metrics and monitor product performance.
• Conduct customer interviews and gather product feedback from recruiters, hiringmanagers, and enterprise clients.
• Analyze customer workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improveduser experience.
• Research industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor products withinHRTech and Recruitment Technology.
• Validate new feature ideas before development.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to improve AI-powered features.
• Evaluate AI outputs and identify opportunities to improve prompts, workflows,scoring logic, and overall product quality.
• Ensure AI recommendations align with customer expectations and businessobjectives.
• Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI and identify opportunities toenhance product capabilities.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria,and functional specifications.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Design teams throughout the developmentlifecycle.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery of product releases.
• Use analytics and customer insights to make data-driven product decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or BusinessAnalysis.
• Experience managing SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience creating PRDs, user stories, workflows, and product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on AI-powered, SaaS, or B2B software products.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI-drivenapplications.
• Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and software architecture.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, orPostHog.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, or similar product managementtools.
• Knowledge of HRTech, Recruitment Technology, ATS, or Talent Intelligence platformsis highly preferred.
• Understanding of UX principles, user journey mapping, and design thinking

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or Product Management certification is an added advantage.
