Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Leader for Lean Digital Transformation to drive AI-powered digital initiatives and transformation programs across large enterprises. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape strategy, and ensure adoption of advanced digital tools to improve business performance.

The role requires advanced qualifications in business, analytics, and process improvement, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Office-based in India with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Bachelors degrees in commerce, economics, or finance, MBA preferred.
• MBA in Business Analytics is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• PMP certification.
