Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in Mumbai is seeking an ECM leader to supervise end-to-end execution for public issues. You will manage a team within Equity Capital Markets, coordinate with regulators, clients, intermediaries, and stock exchanges, and ensure due diligence and disclosure for IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, and other capital market transactions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience across IPO, FPO, Rights Issues, QIP, QIB, FCCBs, Open Offer and PE.
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEBI rules and stock exchange regulations in ECM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage team within the Equity Capital Markets Execution.
• Manage end-to-end execution relating to IPOs/FPOs/Right issues/Open offer/Delisting/Govt. Disinvestment.
• Supervise document preparation (DRHP/RHP) for public issues/Right Offers, due diligence and execution of ECM transactions.
• Oversee execution and successful closure of Equity capital market transactions.
• Coordinate with the ECM team on regulatory compliance.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance of Merchant Banking business.
• Liaise with regulators, clients, intermediaries and stock exchanges from deal execution and approval perspective.
• Contribute to business development by bringing in early leads for capital market products and ensuring client engagement with the coverage team.
• Ensure risk management and compliance with SEBI Regulations and disclosure requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and managing team within the Equity Capital Markets Execution
• Manages execution relating to IPOs/FPOs/Right issues/Open offer/ Delisting/ Govt. Disinvestment end to end
• Supervises the document preparation (DRHP/RHP) for public issue / Rights Offers etc., due diligence and execution of Equity Capital Market transactions
• Supervises the execution and successful closure of Equity capital market transactions
• Coordinates and works closely with the ECM team on all aspects of regulatory compliance
• Responsible for regulatory and internal compliance of Merchant Banking business
• Liaisons with regulators, clients, intermediaries and interacting with the stock exchanges from deal execution and approval perspective
• Responsible for contributing to business development by bringing in early lead for capital market products and ensuring client engagement with the help of the coverage team
• Responsible in ensuring risk management and compliance with various SEBI Regulations and meeting all disclosure requirements

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge and experience in all capital market products IPO, FPO, Rights Issues, QIP, QIB, FCCBs, Open Offer and PE.
• Updated Knowledge of SEBI and Stock Exchange regulations as well as Regulatory Domain expertise in ECM execution.
