Job summary

Intellectual Capital Hr Consulting in Mumbai seeks an experienced ECM professional to lead the end-to-end transaction lifecycle from mandate to listing for main board IPOs and secondary fund raising.

You will drive drafting strategy, manage SEBI and exchange liaison, and coordinate with legal, auditors, registrars, bankers and issuers to meet strict timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ECM execution experience.
• Proven exposure to main board IPOs, QIP, preferential allotment and open offers.
• Strong leadership, ownership and execution discipline for regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

Role requirements:

strong SEBI process and documentation knowledge across main board, QIP, preferential allotment and open offer; open to travel to client locations; prior leadership experience in merchant banking preferred; high ownership, detail orientation, team handling and execution discipline; high maturity handling regulatory escalations.
