The role covers Metro Rail, Highways, Airports, Railways, and other strategic projects, focusing on delivering time, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder value through transformation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management or Business Management preferred.
• Executive education from premier management institutions would be an advantage.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

To provide end-to-end strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale Infrastructure and Mobility business, driving profitable growth, P&L performance, order inflow, project execution, operational excellence, transformation and stakeholder management.

The role will be responsible for building and executing the business strategy across Metro Rail, Highways, Elevated Corridors, Airports, Railways, Water/PSP, Nuclear/Defence and other strategic infrastructure projects, while ensuring delivery against Time, Cost, Quality, Safety and Customer Satisfaction objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.


• Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management / Business Management preferred.


• Executive education from premier management institutions would be an advantage.

Experience

• 20+ years of experience in Infrastructure / EPC / Transportation Infrastructure.


• Proven leadership experience across large-scale projects and business portfolios.


• Experience in P&L management, business development, tendering, project execution, contracts, procurement and transformation.


• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and high-value project portfolios.
