Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies is hiring an experienced Voice Bot Developer with 3+ years hands-on in Conversational AI, NLP, ASR/STT and TTS. You will develop, integrate, test, and optimize voice-based conversational solutions.

Responsibilities include designing flows, integrating ASR/TTS platforms (Google/Azure/Amazon/Whisper), working with frameworks like RASA, Dialogflow or IBM Watson, and delivering production-ready bots with API integrations and robust testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Voice Bot / Conversational AI development.
• 3+ years of experience with NLP and conversational systems.
• Strong hands‑on experience with ASR/STT and TTS.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with intent classification, entity extraction, NLP, and dialogue management.
• Experience with API integrations and production deployments.
• Good understanding of voice bot architecture and conversational workflows.

• Support deployment, monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement of production voice bots.
