Job summary

Xminds Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a Conversational AI Engineer to design and deliver intelligent conversational solutions for enterprise environments. You will own conversation flow design, prompt engineering, and agent development for production-grade AI agents that handle real customer interactions at scale.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on experience with dialog platforms such as Google Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, Azure Bot Service, or Rasa, and strong skills in prompt engineering

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building conversational AI solutions.
• Experience on Google Dialogflow CX; experience on Amazon Lex, Azure Bot Service, Rasa, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of conversational design concepts — intents, entities, dialogue flows, session management, and webhook integration.
• Experience building and configuring AI agents — prompt design, tool binding, and orchestration for complex, multi-turn conversations.
• Strong prompt engineering skills — defining agent behavior, guardrails, response formatting, and tool invocation through structured natural language instructions.
• Proficiency in Python for webhook services and REST API integration is a plus.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Logging) is a plus.
