Job summary

Innodata India is seeking professionals with strong International Voice Process experience to support the evaluation of AI-generated speech and voice interactions. You will assess voice quality, pronunciation, accent, tone, clarity, and overall conversational naturalness.

Key responsibilities include evaluating outputs for quality and naturalness, rating pronunciation and accent, identifying robotic speech, and documenting observations with structured feedback for US/global customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of international voice process experience.
• Experience handling US/global customers.
• In-house / captive / GCC experience mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English with near-native / C2-level proficiency.
• Strong listening, comprehension, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
