Qualifications

• 2+ years of International Voice Process experience.
• Experience handling US/global customers.
• In-house / Captive / GCC experience is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English with near-native / C2-level proficiency.
• Strong listening, comprehension, and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of pronunciation, accents, tone, intonation, and conversational nuances.
