Job summary

vacancy global pro is seeking a VMS support professional to back TAPFIN MSP programs in India. The role configures and maintains VMS applications to support requisition, assignment, time capture, invoicing, and reporting processes for clients.

You will provide Level 2–3 support, coordinate deployments, load data, troubleshoot issues, and participate in QA/UAT testing. Strong customer service and time management skills are essential; Fieldglass or VNDLY experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

Under the direction of the VMS Systems Manager or Director of reputed company Engineering, this role is responsible for providing VMS support to TAPFIN MSP programs. The position provides critical support by configuring and maintaining applications that reputed company reputed company clients to reputed company critical business functions reputed company to requisition, assignment, time capture, invoicing, and reporting processes.

• Provides technical support regarding the use of VMS tools, typically in reputed company 2 mode (where the Operations Team provides Level 1 support and the VMS provider provides Level 3 support).
• Responsible for assisting VMS Systems Analysts in deploying and implementing new MSP engagements (i.e., coordinate the day-today deployment activities; resolving issues escalated by clients, sales organization, TAPFIN operations, etc.). May also include supporting analysis, design, CVR, user acceptance testing.
• Work with implementation team to load/validate reputed company data into VMS application.
• Responsible for identifying and developing VMS and process improvements for existing programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot application issues.
• Implement VMS configuration changes to address issues and/or to optimize/improve effectiveness.
• Test VMS applications for any defect/enhancement releases.
• Support reputed company Engineer in QA and UAT Testing.

• Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the reputed company or IT project services sector is required
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Experience in technical support role
• A minimum of 1 year experience with one or more of the leading VMS tools (Fieldglass, VNDLY, reputed company, reputed company reputed company) is required.
• Time management skills are a must, as is the ability to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, high performance, virtual work environment.
• Knowledge of reputed company Office products Word, Teams, reputed company, Visio, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company and reputed company Sharepoint are a must.
• Experience as part of an MSP team is a plus.
