Job summary

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Tool & Die required.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on precision machining experience.
• Proficient with 3-axis VMC and milling machines.
• Able to read GD&T engineering drawings.
• Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controller systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program offsets, and operate 3-axis VMC machines independently.
• Manage tooling changes, select cutting parameters, and execute settings based on material requirements.
• Read and accurately interpret technical drawings using Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Maintain high-precision machining standards, perform basic maintenance, keep workspace clean, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled VMC Setter to join our production team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for setting up and operating 3-axis VMC machines, interpreting GD&T engineering drawings, and delivering precision components for our medical robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, program offsets, and operate 3-axis VMC machines independently.
